What are your hours of operation?Starting 04/12/2021 We will be open from 9am to 9pm - 7 days a week.

How do I join as a member of your collective?Each Adult Use member and Medical Patients will have to fill out our membership agreement form that will go over our policies as being a member of our collective. Once the form is completed and your identification is verified you will be escorted into the sales room. There are no membership fees for the collective.

Do your accept Credit Cards?No, we are not yet accepting credit cards. We do currently have an ATM machine.

How old do you have to be to become an Adult Use Member?You must be over 21 for recreational sales and 18 for medical sales.

Do I need a Doctor's Recommendation to be a member your establishment?No, you do not. To enroll as an Adult Use Member, you will need a valid Government issued Identification card proving that you are over the age of 21.

Do you have online ordering?Yes! Please go to our menu link on our website. You will be directed to weedmaps.com where you are able to complete an online purchase to pick up in our store.

What documents do I need to become a Medical Patient?To sign up as a medical patient you will need to bring your doctor's recommendation as well as your California Drivers License or Identification Card.

Are you able to place a delivery order?At this time we do not provide deliver services. We are currently exploring this option and hope to offer deliver services in the near future.

Can you medicate on premis?No, there is no use of cannabis on premises. You are only able to purchase cannabis products at Dixon Wellness.

Are there tax differences between Medical and Recreational Users?Currently the tax breakdown is the same for medical and adult use members and is as follows: Local Dixon City Tax - 5% California Cannabis Excise Tax - 15% California State Sales Use Tax - 7.375% *Dixon Wellness as an entity will be paying 5% of taxes on each sale. This will make the total taxes to the patron at 32.375%.

What discounts do you offer?We currently offer discounts to our veterens, ADA, and Senior Members. For Veteren members you receive a 10% Discount. For ADA members you receive a 10% Discount. For Senior members you receive a 5% Discount.

Are there membership fees?No, Dixon Wellness does not require fees for membership. The membership agreement is acknowledgement of Dixon Wellness policies and Dixon Wellness’ right to revoke membership should a member not abide by our policies.

How many purchases am I allowed to make?At this time you are only allowed to purchase cannabis products once per day.

Am I able to bring my children to the collective?Only recreational members ages 21 and over and medical patients 18 and over are allowed in the collective at any time.

Are there are different products for Medical and Adult Users - how do I know what I can purchase?Dixon Wellness provides all of our members with a tailored, one-on-one experience with a counselor. Our knowledgeable counselors will guide you through the different options and products available to address your needs. Our friendly counselors are always happy to answer any questions you may have regarding our cannabis products.
